{"id":615,"date":"2016-09-12T11:37:13","date_gmt":"2016-09-12T11:37:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/institutulcopilului.ro\/?p=615"},"modified":"2016-10-20T16:02:18","modified_gmt":"2016-10-20T16:02:18","slug":"cercetare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/idc.institutulcopilului.ro\/?p=615","title":{"rendered":"Cercetare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00cen cadrul conferin\u021belor organizate de Institutul pentru Dezvoltarea Copilului \u0219i partenerii sai, au fost prezentate rezultatele <strong>studiului \u201cBucharest Early Intervention Project \u2013 BEIP\u201d<\/strong> demarat \u00een anul 2000 de trei universit\u0103\u021bi americane \u2013 University of Minnesota, University of Tulane \u0219i University of Maryland \u0219i implementat de Funda\u021bia SERA ROM\u00c2NIA. Studiul a fost conceput astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 examineze efectele institu\u021bionaliz\u0103rii asupra dezvolt\u0103rii creierului \u0219i a comportamentului copiilor \u0219i s\u0103 determine dac\u0103 aceste efecte pot fi remediate \u00een cazul dezinstitu\u021bionaliz\u0103rii, prin plasamentul \u00een asisten\u021b\u0103 maternal\u0103 sau \u00een familie. Copiii cuprin\u0219i \u00een cercetare, abandona\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 de la na\u0219tere \u0219i crescu\u021bi \u00een institu\u021biile din Bucure\u0219ti, au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi aleatoriu \u00een dou\u0103 grupuri, unul continu\u00e2nd s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 \u00een centre iar cel\u0103lalt plasat \u00een asisten\u021b\u0103 maternal\u0103 sau \u00een familie.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatele de p\u00e2n\u0103 acum ale studiului BEIP au demonstrat c\u0103 acei copii care au fost institu\u021bionaliza\u021bi \u00eenc\u0103 de la na\u0219tere prezint\u0103 risc semnificativ de a dezvolta \u00eent\u00e2rzieri \u0219i tulbur\u0103ri \u00eentr-un num\u0103r de domenii. Copiii care au cunoscut institu\u021bionalizarea au mai multe probleme psihiatrice serioase \u0219i mai multe afect\u0103ri ale dezvolt\u0103rii cognitive, inclusiv cele implicate \u00een procesul de discern\u0103m\u00e2nt, controlul impulsurilor \u0219i p\u0103strarea amintirilor. Rezultatele mai demonstreaz\u0103 c\u0103 interven\u021bia pare a remedia unele dintre aceste \u00eent\u00e2rzieri \u0219i deficite, \u00eens\u0103 nu pe toate. De exemplu, copiii plasa\u021bi \u00een asisten\u021b\u0103 maternal\u0103 au mai pu\u021bine tulbur\u0103ri emo\u021bionale \u0219i anxiet\u0103\u021bi \u00een compara\u021bie cu aceia care au continuat s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 \u00een institu\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Un alt rezultat al studiului merit\u0103 subliniat, \u0219i anume acela c\u0103 momentul interven\u021biei conteaz\u0103 extrem de mult. Astfel, acei copii care au fost sco\u0219i din institu\u021bii \u0219i plasa\u021bi \u00een asisten\u021b\u0103 maternal\u0103 \u00eenaintea v\u00e2rstei de 2 ani, au rezultate mai bune \u00een mod special \u00een domeniile cognitiv, al dezvolt\u0103rii limbajului, al s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii mentale, al activit\u0103\u021bii cerebrale \u0219i al abilit\u0103\u021bilor sociale, comparativ cu cei plasa\u021bi dup\u0103 aceast\u0103 v\u00e2rst\u0103. Plasamentul \u00eenaintea v\u00e2rstei de 2 ani se asociaz\u0103 cu niveluri crescute de activitate cerebral\u0103 \u0219i un scor al inteligen\u021bei (IQ) mai ridicat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, rezultatele testelor de inteligen\u021b\u0103 sugereaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 un efect pozitiv pe termen lung este influen\u021bat at\u00e2t de interven\u021bia timpurie, c\u00e2t \u0219i de continuitatea \u00een plasamentul copiilor \u00een cadrul unei familii care s\u0103-i ofere afec\u021biune.
